Morgan and Kyle’s wedding day at Agapae Oaks felt like a true reflection of who they are—welcoming, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in connection. From the very beginning, it was clear that they’re hosts at heart. Every part of the day felt intentionally shaped around guest experience while still staying true to their love story, which made everything feel both meaningful and effortless.
The morning began slowly in the main house, with a relaxed, unhurried energy that set the tone for the entire day. Morgan and Kyle got ready separately, each soaking in quiet moments before everything unfolded. Morgan slipped into her gown from Kelly’s Closet, designed by Gabrielle Atelier, while Kyle got ready nearby. There was no rush and no pressure, just a steady sense of excitement that carried through the day.
Before the ceremony, the two shared a private first look and vows at the Chapel of Ease Ruins, one of the most breathtaking historic landmarks in the Lowcountry. Standing among the old stone ruins, surrounded by history and soft light, the moment felt incredibly intimate. It was just the two of them, exchanging words meant only for each other, grounded in a place that already carried so much story.

Afterward, we wandered through the property together, taking in the beautiful Lowcountry light and everything that makes this area so special. Spoonbills and geese moved through the marsh, and it felt like the landscape itself was quietly participating in the day. The geese, that were nowhere to be seen all day, filed in at the start of the ceremony and promptly left as soon as it ended, almost as if they were nature’s guests just getting a peek.
Their ceremony took place beneath a massive oak tree, with branches stretching wide overhead and loved ones gathered close. It was heartfelt and deeply personal, surrounded by family members who clearly mean the world to them. So much of the day felt custom and uniquely theirs, not because it was elaborate, but because it was thoughtful.

With Kyle being a chef, food and cocktail hour were a major highlight of the celebration. Dinner, catered by Kentish Hospitality, was incredible and felt like an extension of Morgan and Kyle’s love for hospitality, intentional, elevated, and memorable without feeling fussy. Guests lingered, laughed, and truly enjoyed the experience, which felt exactly like what the couple had envisioned for their people.
As the evening settled in, we snuck away briefly for sunset photos, catching the most dreamy pastel sky stretching over the marsh. The light was soft and fleeting, one of those moments that feels almost too perfect to plan, and it offered a quiet pause before heading back into the celebration.
The night ended exactly how it began— warm and full of heart. Sweet dances under twinkle lights, music carried through the air by All About You Entertainment, and the glow of marshy stars overhead made for a truly magical ending.
