Greta and Jairo’s wedding day at Château de Champletreaux felt gentle from the start. The château sits just outside of Paris, surrounded by trees and open space, and the moment you arrive, everything seems to slow down. The light was soft, the air felt calm, and the day unfolded in a way that never felt rushed or loud. It was the kind of setting that doesn’t ask for much, just presence.

The château itself carried so much character. The worn stone, the historic architecture, the subtle antique details throughout the property gave everything a timeless feel. The courtyard was kept perfectly pristine, with cascading steps leading you into the building, the perfect steps for a ceremony set up.

Soft greens and whites showed up throughout the day in a way that felt easy and natural. The florals blended seamlessly into the outdoor surroundings, while hints of blue and warm yellow echoed the château’s interior rooms and stone exterior. Nothing felt overly designed, everything simply worked with what was already there.

The morning began in one of the château’s antique blue rooms, where Greta got ready surrounded by soft light and centuries-old details. The powder blue walls, worn textures, and tall windows created such a calm, almost cinematic atmosphere that didn’t need anything added to it. It was quiet and unhurried, one of those spaces that makes even the simplest moments feel special, setting the tone for the rest of the day in the most effortless way.

Greta’s gown fit the day beautifully. Her custom Juliette gown had the most delicate texture, an open back, and a basque waist that felt timeless without feeling fussy. It moved effortlessly as she walked through the grounds, paired with a Juliette cap veil that added just enough softness. Jairo’s look was classic and understated, finished with a simple pin instead of a traditional boutonnière, which felt modern and clean.

The florals, designed by Karina with Arts Distributor, were simple but striking. White calla lilies, soft greenery, and cascading elements like hanging amaranthus added movement and texture without pulling focus from the setting. The ceremony florals leaned more garden-inspired, layered in a way that felt organic, flowing freely out of simple pots and vases.

There was no wedding party, which gave the day an especially intimate feel. Every moment centered on Greta and Jairo, quiet conversations, shared glances, small smiles that didn’t need an audience. Even the getting-ready moments stayed simple, with a halter-neck mini dress and lace tights proving that you don’t need anything elaborate for those moments to feel special.

As the day came together, nothing felt staged or forced. The beauty was in the stillness, the simplicity, and the way everything naturally fell into place. Greta and Jairo’s wedding at Château de Champletreaux felt timeless in the most honest way, not because of grand details, but because it allowed space for connection, calm, and real moments to exist.
